Please be sure to include a full description of the problem, the exact product in question, and the version of any software or firmware it is running. Try to include the events/circumstances that lead to the problem so we can try to reproduce the problem here in our lab.
If your product needs to be repaired, let us know. In many cases it may not be economically feasible to repair a product, however we will give you a precise a cost estimate as possible to fix a product that is out of warranty.
