Wallplate Probe
These stylish wallplates fit in any standard electrical box. They include an iButton probe and bi-color LED for status indication and are easy wired to your iLock network with a terminal block attached to the back of the plate. The LED includes a built-in resistor so the wallplate can be connected directly to the R/G outputs on the iLock board. The wallplates include a foam seal for rain resistance.
iLock Probe
If you need additional probes for your iLock, you can easily connect them at other access points via your iLock ‘1-Wire’ network. These probes easily mount in most panels up to 3/8" thick using a simple slip on mounting ring. Each probe includes a bi-color LED with an integrated LED and mounting ring so you can include a status indicator with your additional probes. The black wire is ground and the gray wire is data.
iLock Probe w/ integrated LED
These probes are the nicest probes we sell. Made from solid metal, they easily mount in most panels, secured with a heavy duty brass ringnut. The center probe contact contains a bright green LED that can be used to indicate a successful key read. The integrated LED makes it easy to mount a probe on a panel with little room. When mounted these probes have a very clean look. The LED does NOT have an integrated power limiting resistor. You must be sure to use a 180Ω resistor in line with the LED. We provide a resistor with every probe. If you plan to wire the LED to a supply other than the iLock board, be sure to size the resistor appropriately. To connect this probe to your iLock, cut off the connector on the ribbon cable and wire as follows: Blue: mLAN GND, Green: mLAN DATA, Yellow: mLAN GND (LED-), Orange: LED G through 180Ω resistor. (LED+).
iLock Keys
Each iLock board can store up to seven (7) unique iLock codes allowing up to seven different people access to whatever the iLock is protecting. You can get additional iLock keys with a variety of colored key fobs making them easy to attach to a keychain. To add a key to your iLock system, follow the programming procedure listed in the iLock Instruction Manual.
Ultra Sensitive Relay Card
The iLock system has a relay that can switch up to 2A @ 30VDC or 1.2A @ 125VAC. If you need to switch a higher current with your iLock, the ELK-924 Ultra Sensitive Relay Card is an excellent choice. The board has two heavy duty relays which are triggered by a tiny 1.2mA current. Thus these cards can easily be driven by any digital output and even signals that normally could not drive a relay coil. The dual relays can drive up to 7A @ 30VDC and 10A @ 125VAC. The input can be positive or negative triggered making it even more versatile. Each card has an on-board status LED as well. The boards can be mounted using standoffs or standard 2.75" snap track. Double sided tape is included for easy mounting as well. Current draw with both relays on is 60mA and the board can be powered from 12VDC or 24VDC (24VDC requires slight modification).
