Telephone Line Fault Monitor
The ELK-980 Telephone Line Fault Monitor is an excellent way to keep track of the status of your phone line. Know right away if your phone line goes out instead of having to wait until you actually need to make a call, especially if it is an emergency call. By installing the ELK-980, you can know right away if there is a problem with your phone line. The ELK-980 monitors both phone line voltage AND current. It provides a variable length delay before an alarm is raised. Trouble is signaled with an onboard LED and a 1A relay output which can be tied into any HA system with digital inputs, alarm, or other notification device. If you have an alarm system, the ELK-980 can be connected directly to the alarm panel’s RJ-31X jack. If you don’t have an alarm system, simply leave J1 disconnected and wire your phone lines through J2. Gain the peace of mind knowing your phone line is always ready for use! The ELK-980 requires a 12V or 24VDC power supply and draws 45mA.
Ultra Sensitive Relay Card
The ELK-924 Ultra Sensitive Relay Card is an excellent device when you need to control a high power device and only have a low voltage signal line. The board has two heavy duty relays which are triggered by a tiny 1.2mA current. Thus these cards can easily be driven by any digital output and even signals that normally could not drive a relay coil. The dual relays can drive up to 7A @ 30VDC and 10A @ 125VAC. The input can be positive or negative triggered making it even more versatile. Each card has an on-board status LED as well. The boards can be mounted using standoffs or standard 2.75" snap track. Double sided tape is included for easy mounting as well. Current draw with both relays on is 60mA and the board can be powered from 12VDC or 24VDC (24VDC requires slight modification).
High Intensity Strobes
These Wall Mount strobes are an excellent addition to any security or Home Automation system. If you require emergency assistance, strobes are an excellent way to ensure emergency crews find your house FAST, especially at night. You can also use strobes as a way to signal family members outside for things like dinner, the phone ringing, etc. The strobes are currently available in Blue and Clear. They are powered by 12VDC and draw 140mA. The high intensity strobe flashes approx. once per second. The strobes are hardened against the elements due to their polycarbonate lens and sealed case. The multi-directional lens ensures the light is transmitted both outward and downward so strobes can be mounted under eaves and elsewhere on your home. The strobes can be surface mounted, in standard electrical boxes, or certain alarm strobe enclosures. If you have a woodshop or other noisy area, these strobes are a great way for spouses to get your attention.
TW-523 X-10 Powerline Interface

The TW-523 Powerline Interface is used to interface many home automation controllers and other X-10 capable digital devices to the powerline. The TW-523 send and receive X-10 signals in digital form with the attached digital device. The TW-523 is required for our X-10 Relay boards.
12VDC 500mA Power Supply
These small unregulated power supplies can be used to power our RS-485 Interfaces and iLock systems which contain their own voltage regulators. Providing up to 500mA of power, they are ideal for embedded automation control applications. Actual supplies may differ slightly from the photo as we use a variety of suppliers.
