Returns
Products may be returned up to 30 days after purchase. However, you must contact us at support@cc-concepts.com to get a return authroization number first. Returned products must be undamaged and functioning properly. CCC Products should be in their original packaging, unaltered. Products from other manufacturers must be unopened in their original packaging. Products should be properly packaged with the RMA number written on the outside of the box and sent to:

Warranty Info
Creative Control Concepts warrants original CCC products to be free from defective parts and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Creative Control Concepts agrees to repair or replace, at our discretion, a defective CCC product if returned to us within the warranty period and with proof of purchase.
